Customer Service Representatives
We require 2 new CSR's who will be responsible primarily with accepting telephone and internet orders, and dealing with customer enquiries. This involves checking the order availability, updating customers if there are any problems with their orders, answering product or order queries, and generally ensuring the customer's buying experience runs smoothly and efficiently. Excellent telephone manner is essential, along with good computer typing skills. Full order processing systems training will be provided. |
Warehouse Technicians
We require a warehouse technician who will be responsible for ensuring the organisation of all stock within the warehouse. Including order picking and despatching, goods receiving, stock auditing and general maintenance and cleaning. Fork lift truck license is essential, as is good organisation skills and ability to prioritise your own duties based upon order workload. |
