Currently, we do not accept orders from outside the USA. However, please check back to our site regularly as we hope to be able to deliver our goods worldwide soon.

Ordering and Payment
With Select PC ordering is easy. There are three methods to choose from.

1) The first way is to order through the shopping cart on this website. It is 100% secure and very easy to use.

Just browse our catalogue, then click on any items you wish to buy and put them in the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the ordering process.

We accept all major credit/debit cards such as Master Card, Visa, Switch, and Solo.

Credit card orders are not charged until your order is ready for despatch. There are no hidden charges and no extra charge for using a credit card.

2) The second way to order is for customers who prefer to pay by cheque. In this case please use the shopping cart as normal and then select "cheque" in the payment option of the checkout page. Print the Order Acknowledgement page out and send it, along with your cheque, shipping address and phone number to:

Please make cheques payable to Select PC. Your order will be processed as soon as your cheque has cleared.

Security
When ordering goods from Select PC you can be assured that the purchase area of our site is 100% secure. Sensitive information such as your name, address and credit card details are scrambled using industry standard 128 bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. The information is only decoded once it reaches our computer and is not held in any clear text on any website.

Shipping Information
Shipping charges at Select PC depend on the items ordered. The web site will automatically calculate the correct shipping charges as you add items to your basket.

Our deliveries are made by the UPS.

Your order will be despatched as soon as possible, subject to stock levels, but please allow 5 - 10 working days for delivery. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will notify you by e-mail or phone, and you will be given the option to cancel your order.

Deliveries will require a signature. If no-one is present at the shipping address the parcel will be taken back to your local Royal Mail or ANC distribution centre, and a calling card left. The card will tell you where your parcel is being stored and provide a contact number.

Refunds and Returns
At Select PC we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with the products in any way you may return them within 14 days of receipt, for either a full refund or a replacement. All you pay for is the return shipping. If the reason for return is because of an error on our part, or the product is faulty, we will also refund the cost of the return shipping. Refunds will be made as soon as possible after returned goods are received and checked by us.
In all cases please telephone 808 555-2121 or e-mail us before returning an item. You will be issued with a returns number which must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. This will help in the processing of your returned package and avoid any unnecessary delays.

Returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all tags and packaging included.

Please note that dvd's and videos cannot be returned for refund unless sealed as new in their cellophane wrap.

When returning goods, please include the order number from your invoice, and the reason for return.

At Select PC we are totally committed to protecting your privacy.

Select PC do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to other companies.
You can browse our site without disclosing any personal information to us. Cookies are placed / collected to monitor visits but not used to store personal data.

When you place an order we collect your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and credit card information. This data is collected to

a) Take and fulfil customer orders
b) Administer and enhance the site and service
c) Only disclose information to third parties for goods delivery purposes.

If you register with us, or enter online competitions we will collect and store any personal data that you may volunteer. This will be used for our own market research purposes and also to send you information, by e-mail only, of any changes to our website or special offers which we feel you may be interested in. You can check information we hold about you by e-mailing us. You may opt out of this arrangement at any time, or on entering competitions.

Our website contains links to other websites which are not covered by this privacy policy. These websites will have their own privacy policies and terms and conditions. Select PC is not responsible for the policies of any linked third party websites.

Terms & Conditions
You must be at least 18 years of age to order goods through this website.
All products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply we will let you know as soon as possible, and ensure that no payment is taken from your account.

Although great care is taken to ensure that all images, descriptions, specifications and advertising on our website are accurate, they are for suggestion only and subject to change.

We do our best to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and sometimes delay in delivery is outside of our control. We will not be held liable for delays due to acts of God, industrial action, riots, civil commotion, flood, fire and fuel shortages. Any dates we give for delivery of goods are approximate only and, unless caused by our negligence, we will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivery.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel, within 7 days of receipt, your order for any item purchased through our website. If you decide to cancel after receiving your order, please phone or e-mail us to arrange for return. Returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all tags and packaging included. Costs incurred in returning an item are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund you within 30 days of the cancellation request, minus return costs.

All prices shown on this web site are inclusive of all local taxes, but exclusive of shipping and insurance charges. These are shown on our shopping cart at the time of placing your order. We charge a flat shipping fee for all orders.

We do our best to price our goods competitively but do not make any claims or price guarantees. We reserve the right to alter our prices without notice.
